Freight  Policy

*Designer Leisure Ltd endeavours to ship within 5 working days from receipt of payment for orders.

*For replacement seat covers shipped within NZ orders will be shipped with a freight charge of $6.00.

*Where other goods are ordered/supplied with seat covers the total order will be shipped will be shipped with a freight charge of $6.00.

*Goods will normally be shipped by Designer Leisure Ltd's appointed courier.Any alternative means requested by the customer may be subject to a charge.

*Overseas orders shall be subject to confirmation of freight charges prior to payment for order.

*Any claims relating to non-receipt of orders must be notified as soon as

possible in order to ensure follow up.

*If there are any special requirements regarding instructions to couriers (such as where to leave goods if householder is not at home at time of delivery),these must be advised at time of order placement. Alternatively,the courier will return the goods to the local depot and leave a notification to contact them regarding delivery.

*Where arrangements are made for goods to be left at an unattended location neither Designer Leisure Ltd nor their appointed couriers shall be liable for any loss occurring subsequent to delivery.

*In all other cases the standard terms of carriage applicable to the

delivery company shall prevail.
